
Sprinkled Sweet Bakery is tucked into the Pine Square Courtyard at 349 Pine Street, Suite 4. The artisan bakery and creamery is owned and operated by Aimee Hertwig, who began her sweet endeavor on April 22, 2015.
Sprinkled Sweet offers desserts galore, from customer-favorite cheesecakes and cannolis to brownies, cookie sandwiches, cakes, French macaroons, cake pops, special features, and more. They also offer in-house homemade hard ice cream that comes in 16 delicious flavors!

Aimee became a shopkeeper after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in New York and earning a degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Aimee was managing the Brickyard Restaurant in 2015 when a vacant spot opened in Pine Square. “I jumped on it, and opened Sprinkled Sweet, and honestly, I have loved every minute of it.” With the help of six employees, all baking is done in-house. “I am proud to say I’m a small business owner!”
